I've cooked numerous of his seemingly endless culinary ideas and unless I f'd up myself, they ALL are at least as good as I had hoped.

I use them mostly in phases. This one not so much, great ideas, but not as inspired as his earlier efforts in my thinking, but as a healthier ideal, I am not so enthusiastic to engage full-on.

I like food that's simple, tasty and healthy. I s'pose it's a matter of getting used to doing the SUPER FOOD concepts more fully, so they can become second nature, much like the other great things he's inspired in my life and joys when I am cooking for the familia.

This is a great cookbook for someone who wants to eat healthy. I've tried two recipes so far and have quite a few more marked to try.

It does have quite a few seafood recipes but I guess more people like fish than don't. There are plenty of other recipes to try.

I really enjoy this cookbook! I think the nutritional information is great. Each recipe has a complete breakdown on calories, proteins, fats, etc.

It also tells you how many of your 5 day fruits and veggies you're getting. My only complaint is a personal one. I'm not a seafood eater and there are tons of fish and seafood recipes so those are lost on me, but I figure can easily be swapped with some chicken.

The health information, beautiful images, Jamie's celebration of good nutritious and easy food is a winner.

This is a deep dive into incredible food inspired by the Blue Zones of the world. Blue Zones are areas where centenarians thrive as a by-product of their good health, nutrition, culture and vitality.

The recipes are fresh, simple and provide good choices for great food that you can feel good about serving. This is, hands down, my favorite cookbook since Thug Kitchen entered the cookbook scene - and I highly recommend all of their cookbooks too!

This is my new favorite Jamie Oliver cookbook. They were delicious, filling, and weren't nearly as time consuming to make as I thought they would be.

Some of the recipes do require specialty ingredients, but they are easy enough to substitute.

For example, instead of hazelnut milk for one of the recipes I'll be using almond milk, and I'll probably substitute brown rice for black rice.

But it's not a big enough inconvenience to take away any stars. Can't wait to try the other recipes! Outstanding book written by someone who is truly passionate about what he does.

Beyond recipes, there is plenty of good nutritional education provided toward the end of the book. I like the size and quality of the book ad the photography is well done.

Even if you don't cook but a couple items in this book, I think it provides a real inspiration on how to make healthier choices.

I attribute the use of cookbooks by the number of recipes I actually use from the book. I have added a number of meals and snack from this book to my monthly diet.

Love all of Jamie's books. This one was very good. I expected it to be a departure from his usual cooking, and it is as expected.

He kept it quite main stream which is no harm if it gets us all thinking about eating healthier.

If you want to go the whole hog, so to speak, Madeline Shaw, the Hemsley sisters and Roz Purcell go all out on the healthy stuff too.

If you are a fan of Jamie and you want to eat healthy delicious food, you should definitely buy this book. A lot of effort was put behind it.

Jamie's cook books are always good value. In this one he's concentrating on healthy eating, and I think there are more unusual ingredients here than you would find in his other books.

For instance, granola for breakfast, corn and quinoa salad for lunch, and roasted squash laksa bake for dinner. Jamie's recipes look delicious, and nutritional values are given, in line with his campaign to get schools and families eating healthy food.

All his books are good, but this is the one to buy if you want healthy recipes and don't mind trying new ingredients such as spelt spaghetti, sprouting seeds or bresaola.

As far as weight is concerned, the best way to maintain a healthy weight is to eat the sort of food that you enjoy.
